COVID-19 PACKAGE DELIVERY IMPACT
Please Note: Our shipping carriers indicate that packages may experience delays and possibly not reach the customer in their normal shipping times. We are working hard to get your packages out as soon as possible. If you have extreme delays in receiving your order, please reach out to us.

Currently, shipping and handling for items shipped within the continental United States, and the U.S. Virgin Islands is a flat fee of $6.95.
Standard and express orders for items shipped within the U.S. will ship within three (3) business days. Overnight orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will ship the next business day. All shipping time-frames are subject to stock availability, and credit card authorization and verification.
Orders will be shipped FedEx, UPS or USPS only. If your shipping address only uses a particular carrier please note this information in the "special instructions" box during the checkout process.
We do not ship on Sundays and U.S. holidays.
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States, and to the U.S. Virgin Islands. We do not ship to any other countries outside the United States.
When placing your order, please provide an email address if available in order to best facilitate timely communication. Upon receipt of your order, in-stock merchandise will generally be shipped within 3 business days. Backordered items are subject to additional shipping charges, and once available to be shipped, a customer service representative will again contact you with notice of the additional charges for your approval.
Returns & Exchanges
While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at Fashions for Divas, you can exchange our merchandise for the same item in a different color or size. Exchange items must be unused and undamaged, and in re-sellable condition. We will charge your credit card at the time we ship your new merchandise. If you paid by check, money order or gift certificate, simply return the merchandise undamaged and unused, and in re-sellable condition, and we will begin processing your exchange as soon as we receive the returned merchandise.
Your item(s) must be returned within 10 days from the date your order was delivered. Please be sure that Fashions for Divas receive the merchandise you wish to return within 10 days. The item(s) should be in its original condition with all the packaging intact. Returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. If the items are not in resalable condition, the refund may be refused.
For effortless returns, please contact Customer Service by email to return an item. Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your return. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Once the package is received by us and confirmed sellable, (7-10 business days), we will issue a refund to the original form of payment, minus shipping and handling charges.
When requesting a return, please include the following information in your message:
-Your name on the order
-The order number
-The product name or SKU number of the item being returned
-Your reason for returning the item
-All shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Promotional credits used on a returned order cannot be reissued.
-Returns will include a full refund only if all items comprising the order are returned.
Final Sale Items
Some items such as clearance items, beauty and intimate products are ineligible for return and all sales are final. Final Sale items will be marked as such on each product listing.
Please send your return to the address below. Be sure to include the packing list with your name and address. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note indicating: your name, address, the items you are returning and any other pertinent information.
